This publication was designed for the Arts Council of the African Studies Association as a guide for attendees during the council’s flagship event. Florio Design employed colors reflecting the vibrant African palette as the guidebook’s organizing principle. Clean, comfortable typography and graphics communicated the in-depth four-day agenda. The bold use of contemporary and historic African art throughout conveyed luxury and elegance, transforming a humble conference guide into a keepsake and distinguished record of this experience.
