Florio Design gratefully accepted the honor of producing on of the first monographs for the pre-eminent contemporary African artist, El Anatsui. The book's printing used a variety of solid Pantone colors to convey the Artist’s lush palette, and to add depth to the page, separate the essays and clarify each editorial section. Custom collages of the artist's early sketches serve as an opening and closing to the catalogue section, reminding the viewer of the origin of Anatsui's visual ideas.
